Pricing is based on the information provided. Material differences in property condition or scope may require approval before service.
If the home needs materially different care than described, Brivellea confirms the scope with you before any additional work.
A reservation deposit is applied to the final balance.
If a detail from the agreed visit is missed, tell Brivellea and the team will return to that detail. This is a standard of care for the work that was scheduled. It is not a warranty, and it does not add services that were outside the agreed scope.
A starting estimate for a large or unusual property is not a final price. The visit is scheduled after the personalized review confirms the scope.
